My favorite time of year. We just had Halloween and it was a fun time, first we did a potluck and trunk or treat and then we had our family, yearly MONSTER DINNER. It was a lot of fun and good food. Now it's time to start thinking about Thanksgiving dinner. I always enjoy watching the Food Network and see all the new recipes they do for this holiday. Christmas is just around the corner and I've already started getting my shopping done, things are tight this year so I'm trying to make a few things I think my family will enjoy. On top of all of this we are surounded with Birthdays, Clancy 12/22, Susie 12/26, my sister Susie 12/30, my grandson Mitchel 12/31 and last but not least my daughter-in-law Jeanie 1/4. So I guess I'll be busy for a few weeks, but I love it.

Hi to all. This was a fun blog to see. Carolyn you did a great job.I wish I had your energy. You will be busy with all the birthdays. I'll have 3 birthdays in the next 2 weeks. We will be going out to eat at the La Casita with Mike and Lori and their girls and Kim is coming up also. Some good Mexican food there. Happy Thanksgiving to you and Clancy.
This party was a blast and I think it will be a family tradition passed on down to our kids. Thanks for starting it. Also, thanks for always being there and for offering you help during this crazy holiday season. You are such a great mama.
