A Great Weekend

A wonderful Thanksgiving was had by all. We had a very good Turkey dinner with all the trimings. We were all so stuffed we could hardly move. We shared with each other all the things we are all so thankful for. Susie and Jeremy and the kids then went on a road trip to Salt Lake to visit with family and they had a great time. Jacob and his club ball team played in the Cranberry Classic. They battled their way into the championship game and came out WINNERS. They are the champs. It was a great weekend and now we can all start getting ready for Christmas. I know we all have a lot to do.

A Day At The Park

The weather has been so nice so we thought we would have a picnic at Floyd Lam State Park. We had a wonderful time. We made BBQ hot dogs, chips and we had some fruit and brownies. We played some games and drew some Thanksgiving pictures. Then we had a lot of fun feeding the geese and the ducks. We went through a whole loaf of bread and they were chasing us for more. It was a great day at the park. Good food, good weather, good company and lots of fun.

It's Time To Be Thankful

It's hard to believe it will soon be Thanksgiving Day. Fall is such a beautiful time of the year, first we have fun with all the little monsters of Halloween and now we prepare are selves for Thanksgiving. Clancy and I our preparing our self for Thanksgiving by every morning when we get up we write on a piece of paper something we are thankful for and then we put into a little box setting in the middle of our table. We are going to read these on Thanksgiving Day. It's a good time of year to reflect on the many blessings we have and give thanks for all of them. We have also been watching the Food Network and learning some new recipe's to fix for the special day. I hope all of you will give special thought to all the things your thankful for and have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.
